Our classes are carefully planned to be progressive and are clearly instructed and demonstrated and include focus on the core, strengthening work, posture, movement, balance and alignment, building strong stable muscles and working on flexibility too.

We understand that people’s needs are different and where possible we offer modifications and challenges to movements, to ensure that each client benefits from their class experience each week.

Our classes are open to men and women of all ages from 18 years upwards.
